  1. Before any project contract is officially signed, a comprehensive analysis is done on all technical, legal and financial terms supported by mutual meetings between JWICO and the projects’ representatives to confirm the agreement on all enclosed terms and conditions.
  2. Once the project is officially signed, a dedicated project manager from JWICO is selected based on the project’s size, scope and required experience.
  3. An official kick off meeting is conducted with all concerned internal parties including: Projects Management Unit, Production Planning, Production, Design, Purchasing and Quality Control.
  4. A comprehensive brief is given describing the project’s scope and delivery time frames.
  5. Appointed project manager takes the lead in following up and executing all the project’s requirements.
